Fast Track - King Scout 2009 - Please be prepared - place Ibu pejabat PPMWPKL- Zonice Kepong, Kuala Lumpur
Dear all,
Looking ahead to the Program Khas on 4-4-2009, we need the following equipment :
(a) Knife, parang, sharpen stone.
(b) saw and triangle sharpening file,
(c) axe (hand axe and falling axe),
(d) hurricane lamp
(e) pressure lamp
(f) manila ropes
(g) nylon rope
(h) whipping rope
(i) pulley
For second session
(i) rope for woggle making
(ii) the leaves for ketupat
(iii) rope for Bushman's Thong - I suggest rope in maroon colour and not yellow which is for King's Scout
(iv) Semaphore flags - I suggest stick and cloth be supplied and the scouts make the flags.

10:00 am Assembly
10:30 am Base [A, B, C and D – 45 minutes each base]
A : Knife and Parang – parts, sharpening, maintenance and care, and use and handling.
B : Axe and Saw – parts and types, sharpening, maintenance and care, and use and handling.
C : Lamp & Stove – maintenance and care, and use and handling.
D : Ropes and Spars – parts and types, coiling, maintenance and care, and use and handling.
1:30 pm Lunch
2:30 pm Base [A, B, C and D – 45 minutes each base]
A : Woggle Making
B : Anyaman and Bushman’s Thong
C : Woodcraft Signs
D : Semaphore, Morse Codes and Phonetic Codes
5:30 pm See You Again
