1. I would like reiterate that all groups ans school movement must register their group by sending the soft copy of the forms as per the earlier write up. Guidelines been attached for the easy understanding as per advised to refer the daftarscout.com Those failed to register will consider as illegal movement and we have POR to be refer the consequences.
2. We have one interesting focus on KING SCOUT for 2009. WPKL have full support to have fast track to be prepared and get ready for the King Scout. Young people in form 4 and 5 are only allowed to be involved and this program only for this year. Please do not waste this opportunity. Please refer to http://programkhaspengakapraja.blogspot.com/
3. Please be informed, reason meeting - introduce Zone System to ease the operation to manage the district. Previously there was 11 district and now change to be 4 Zone, which will be Bangsar, Pudu, Keramat, Sentul.
4. Zone Sentul will be most of the Segambut school, Kepong, Batu, 3 to 4 schools of Wangsa Maju and Setia Wangsa. This change is a need to ease the operation of school to manage by zone. We will update further development soon.
5. Rovers meeting last Sunday held in Kepong. Registration of the group must go through DC and State Commissioner after interview with the leaders of the every group. We would like to have the groups leaders and committee to submit the info and arrange for a meeting with DC and SC to approve the registration.
Please look into our focus to support young people development in scout and be meaningful for them in scouting.
